Our industry was founded in 1968 by Dimitris Manousakis, an old baker of Herakleion, Crete. Today, having faith in a "handicraft approach" to nutrition products and the need to preserve the traditions of natural diet, we are producing a considerable range of "heptazyma" and other natural products.
